Helen Landau - Author and playwrite

 

Background

Helen Landau has been involved in theatre, film and TV for many years and has directed and performed in Africa (film), Berlin, Hong Kong and the UK and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, achieving 4 stars from 'The Herald' for her play 'Toad's Revenge'.  Retiring from a career in corporate interior design in 1995 she came full circle back to theatre.

Recent work includes a play “LIFE IN SPACE” a quirky comedy, co written with Sharon Waring from an original film script by Ben Swaffer.

It also includes a book, “THE BIRTH OF BRITISH AVIATION’ which describes the fascinating account of the very earliest flying pioneers’ lives and their battle with the Government for recognition of their extraordinary achievements.
